We are hiring for judgement and craft, not for keywords. Each role works closely with the client, the product, and the people who will operate what we build.

Open role · Engineering

AI Engineer

Build reliable AI features that are useful inside real operating workflows. You will work across model selection, retrieval, evaluation, human approval, observability, and the software around the model.

Design and ship production AI services in TypeScript or Python.
Build evaluation, monitoring, and fallback paths before launch.
Work directly with product, data, and client teams to turn a workflow into a usable system.
Comfort with APIs, LLM application patterns, data stores, and cloud delivery is expected.

Data Scientist

Find the signal in messy operational data and help turn it into decisions people can trust. This is practical applied work, not a research-only role.

Frame business questions as measurable data problems.
Prepare, analyse, and validate data from imperfect production systems.
Develop models, experiments, and clear recommendations with engineering partners.
Strong SQL, Python, statistics, and communication with non-technical teams are required.

Head of Product

Own the bridge between a client’s operating problem and the product we build. You will make scope clear, keep the team focused, and ensure the result earns continued investment.

Lead discovery, workflow mapping, prioritisation, and product decisions.
Turn ambiguous needs into a clear, testable delivery plan.
Work with senior client stakeholders and delivery teams from Sprint through launch.
Experience leading B2B, operational, data, or AI products is essential.

Head of Delivery

Make ambitious work land well. You will run the delivery system across people, scope, risk, quality, and client communication without hiding problems until they become expensive.

Set a dependable delivery rhythm across multiple client engagements.
Manage scope, dependencies, risk, budgets, and escalation early.
Build a team culture that values good judgement, direct communication, and ownership.
Experience delivering complex software, data, or platform programmes is essential.
